Giants of Granite

Captured on a crisp early spring morning in Yosemite National Park, "Giants of Granite" presents two of America’s most iconic geological landmarks—El Capitan and Half Dome—bathed in the dramatic interplay of light, cloud, and shadow. I used a 400mm lens to create a unique perspective that brings these two monoliths close to the eye for breathtaking realism. The morning mist draping El Capitan adds a sense of movement and majesty, while the snow-lined ridges lead the viewer’s eye through the valley toward the rounded peak of Half Dome.

I release limited edition California fine art prints in small runs of 25. "Giants of Granite" is available either in Collector's Print (Unframed) on Hannemühle fine art paper, or in Museum Framed Edition on Hannemühle fine art paper, under Acrylic glass and framed with mounting hardware installed. Each will be produced by WhiteWall (Germany), one of the most respected art labs in the world. A Certificate of Authenticity indicating the print number within the edition, and signed by the Artist, will be provided to each collector.
