At California Photo Dreamscapes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium photography prints. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at staff@californiaphotodreamscapes.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Custom Orders
Custom framed prints may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
